The large terrace has open sea views as well as a lounge and dining area for six guests.
With panoramic sea views and the duquesa golf course to the right offer magical breakfast or dining moments.
From masterbedroom you have direct accsess to the terracce and two smaller bedrooms have their own balcony.
AC in all bedrooms and livingroom and wifi.
2 bathrooms en suite, both with bathtub and shower.
The 130 m2 apartment is tastefully decorated and the open livingroom with big sofas, flat scrren tv and a big nice open fire place adds extra value for an exclusive feeling. There is also a second terracce from the livingroom, for more quiet and relaxing moments.
The fully equipped kitchen have dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven and coffemaker.
Across the street you have a free paddle tennis court', a big communal pool with sea, golf views and sun loungers.
