This apartment is located high up in the building and has a glazed balcony and a roof terrace. On the balcony there is a dining area for 4 people and on the roof terrace there are both sun loungers and a dining area with an outstanding sea view all the way to Gibraltar. Duquesa Golf Club is visible between the rooftops, just a stone's throw from this fine community. Inside the area there are two large pools, both with sunbeds and umbrellas for those who want to cool off. The pools are perfect for both families with children and golf groups who want to relax after a day on the golf course. Nearby there is a small cozy square with a restaurant and cafe and if you follow the hill down you will eventually come to Vacka Puerto De La Duquesa with this wide range of restaurants. Adjacent to Puerto De La Duquesa are beautiful beaches and the nice promenade that goes all the way to Casares.
