On the balcony there is a dining area for 4 people and on the roof terrace there are both sun loungers and a dining area with an outstanding sea view all the way to Gibraltar. Duquesa Golf Club is visible between the rooftops, just a stone's throw from this fine community. Inside the area there are two large pools, both with sunbeds and umbrellas for those who want to cool off. The pools are perfect for both families with children and golf groups who want to relax after a day on the golf course. Nearby there is a small cozy square with a restaurant and cafe and if you follow the hill down you will eventually come to Vacka Puerto De La Duquesa with this wide range of restaurants. This is only 450m from the sandy beach and Duquesa port with shops, restaurants and cafes. From one of two balconies you have a panoramic view of the Duquesa Golf Course and the community's fine swimming pool. On the large balcony there is outdoor furniture with room for four people to enjoy a lovely dinner while looking out over the golf course and the pool. On the same floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the balcony. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite. From one bedroom there is a French balcony with a view of the golf course and pool area and from the other bedroom there is a small cozy balcony with cafe furniture. Just a short walk and you arrive at Puerto De La Duquesa, a beautiful small boat harbor that offers boat and fishing trips. Around the harbor there are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars for all tastes. From the port, you can walk along the nice promenade into the small town of San Luis De Sabinillas.
