Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.
The spacious terrace overlooks the pool area and the area's fine gardens, as well as the mountains that tower over Manilva.
On the terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee on the sofa and then lie down in one of the sun loungers or have a late dinner around the dining table thanks to the sun shining all day and evening.
There is also a dining area adjacent to the living room which is modernly furnished with a large sofa and flat screen TV where you can connect your favorite apps.
The living room is furnished with stylish details and colors for a tasteful holiday.
From the master bedroom you have a window facing the terrace with bathroom ensuite if privacy is desired.
The second bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, is in light colors and invites you to a good night's sleep after a lovely day on holiday.
In the bedroom there is also a balcony that offers a fantastic sea view that gives anyone peace for a relaxing moment, perhaps in combination with a good book.
The spacious kitchen offers all the necessary household appliances such as a microwave oven, coffee maker, oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer.
There is also a small laundry room next door.

For the golfer, the Duquesa Golf Club is only a few minutes' drive away, and if you want to take a boat trip or a lovely walk along the beach, you are quickly down at Puerto De La Duquesa.

The apartment was like new. Everything very well maintained and in a very modern style. You had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool was super quiet.
